Condolence Letter from Hanoi for Koh Pich Incident

After receiving miserable information about the November 22nd unpredicted incident on Pich bridge H.E Mr. PHAM QUANG NGHI member of Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Secretary of Hanoi's People Committee has sent the condolence letter and a donation of 2,000 Million Dong (10,000 USD) for victims in Phnom Penh.
