The 13,088 civil servants census for Phnom Penh officers and contracting staff is being held from December 14 to 23, 2010 at Phnom Penh Capital Hall. It is the 3rd census after the 1st held in 1995 at Chenla Theater and 2nd in 2000 at Phnom Penh Department of Tourism.
The 1,576 officers participating in the 1st day express their delighted feeling to the census organized by the Division of Human Resource Management in cooperation with the technical staff of the Council Ministers.
